Yorkshire Terrier Ears
Yorkshire terrier ears require special care, but when you see a rescue dog photo, you may think that these dogs are not cared for.
A lot of owners like to have the hair of their pets kept short in a “puppy cut”, that makes the care easy, there's also a modified “Schnauzer cut.” Both can be done by a professional groomer.
If you have the time and inclination you can do it yourself.

To keep the ears of the puppy erect they must be trimmed every few weeks by beginning about 1/3 of the way down from the top of the ear. Ask your veterinarian to recommend the best product and method to clean the ears and teeth of your dog.
